Dennis is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a registered BAS Agent. He has extensive experience in client advisory, business consulting, financial services, and taxation. With a diverse range of clients both locally and internationally. Prior to establishing Oakridge, Dennis held senior finance positions specialising in financial reporting, company formations, due diligence, taxation and business services activities.

Alison Williams

Senior Tax Manager

Alison has over 20 years of specialist technical tax, audit and SMSF accounting experience. She is a registered tax agent and ASIC registered SMSF auditor. Alison holds a degree in financial planning and taxation and has a Bachelor of Commerce. 

Nalini Shanmugam

Senior Tax Accountant

Nalini has over 12 years of specialist experience in tax, bookkeeping, audits and SMSF accounting. She holds a master’s degree in commerce and currently completing taxation law. Gathering valuable experience in tax from various accounting firms, she has deep knowledge in different areas of tax. She enjoys working with clients in assisting with their tax and bookkeeping.
